Grading Guide
We do our utmost to be transparent, honest and accurate with our descriptions and the following guide explains how we determine the grading of our used items (where stated).
A-Grade
This corresponds to what we normally call “normal wear and tear”. A product of this grade can be expected to display small signs of use. No, or a few minor, scratches and other marks on the exterior. Scratches or other damage to screens is not acceptable. The device is complete, fully functional and undamaged.

B-Grade
"Good second user" the product can be expected to have a few more scratches, and other small marks. A few scratches and pixel errors on the edge of the screen are acceptable. The device is complete (unless stated) and fully functional.

Scratches that can be felt but do not affect the use of the laptop / system. (Laptop base/system base/side panels)

Shiny/worn keys

Minor scratches to the screen but only on the edge not in the centre

Minor dead pixels / blemishes that do not affect the view on the screen

C-Grade
The product has been well used and it shows. Products classified as C-Grade have obvious and / or considerable scratches, dents and damage. Scratches and / or pixel errors on the screen are acceptable. The device is complete and fully functional.

Deep scratches that go along the key panels / laptop lids

Dents / damage to the case

Deep scratches or dead pixels that affect the users view

D-Grade
The Product is faulty or none working.
